We also have a dedicated division specializing in international household removals – Travelcargo International Removals (travelcargo.fi).The company’s working and office language is English.We are now looking for a Sea Freight Specialist (Freight Forwarder) to join our office in Vantaa on a permanent basis.Job DescriptionCoordinate export and import shipments and ensure smooth communication between shipping lines, terminals, transport companies, customs, shippers, and consignees.Schedule shipments to ensure cargo moves efficiently and all parties stay informed.Prepare and verify forwarding and transport documents, while proactively preventing potential issues.Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and customs procedures.Find alternative solutions in changing situations and handle challenges proactively.Support customers throughout the entire transport process – at origin and/or destination.Collaborate with the sales team (e.g., preparing quotations).
