We specialize in driving store visits, bookings, calls, and incremental revenue—plus select e-commerce clients looking to scale efficiently.We’re hiring an SEM Specialist who loves details, iteration, and performance-driven decision making. You’ll manage paid search, PMAX, Display, and Video across Google and Microsoft Ads. You’ll create copy, manage budgets, analyze performance, and help shape strategic decisions.What You’ll Do • Plan, build, and manage paid search campaigns (SEM, PMAX, Display, Video) • Conduct keyword research, ad creation, competitive benchmarking • Monitor pacing, bids, budgets, tracking, and performance • Analyze campaign data using GA4, first-party data, and Surface tools • Support strategic objectives with the Head of Media Technology • Collaborate with creative on messaging, copy, and concepts • Prepare clear internal and client-facing reports • Stay informed on industry changes and new toolsWho You Are • 2–4 years of SEM experience (agency or freelance) • Proficient with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Analytics • Strong analytical thinker with excellent attention to detail • Clear communicator who can manage multiple tasks • Thrives in a fast-paced, shifting-startup environment • Curious and eager to take ownershipBonus Points • Experience with Meta Ads or other social channels • Strong writing skills • Experience with local retail marketing strategiesCompensation & Benefits • Salary commensurate with experience • Employer-provided medical, dental, and vision coverage
