By integrating custom websites, SEO, social media marketing, and targeted advertising with lead management, ROI analytics, and automated reviews, we help increase new patient revenue.Role SummaryAs an SEO Manager at Lasso MD, you will play a crucial role in driving local SEO traffic for dental practices, managing SEO efforts across a subset of our 500+ client accounts. With client budgets ranging from $300-$1500 per month, you'll balance delivering customized strategies while standardizing processes to achieve the best results. You'll collaborate with an expanding team of elite SEO experts, focusing on innovation and excellence.As an SEO Manager, you'll shape and run advanced search strategies that go beyond traditional SEO. You'll work on how large language models interpret website content and help build our AEO approach so clients appear in AI-generated answers, not just search results. You’ll also help refine GEO strategies that improve how dental practices show up for local intent queries. You’ll use these insights to drive stronger rankings, better visibility, and higher-quality patient leads. You’ll document processes, communicate clearly with internal teams, and maintain strong client satisfaction across your accounts.What Success Looks LikeDeliver high-performing local SEO across all client accounts.Mentoring and managing SEO contractor relationships.Delivering client projects on time and with high accuracy.Develop innovative strategies and workflows to maximize efficiency and product value. Developing and deploying clear SEO reports for client and internal use.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize multiple SEO accounts on a daily basis.Analyze data to identify opportunities for improving client performance.Leverage the latest industry trends and new technologies to drive product innovation.Communicate and manage effectively with the contractor team.Develop best practices to increase customer satisfaction and value creation.Embrace a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and intellectual curiosity.Required Qualifications5+ years of experience executing and managing local SEO for multiple clients.Expert-level proficiency with tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google My Business, Google Analytics, Citation Listings (Bright Local), SEM Rush, Screaming Frog, and other relevant SEO tools.Proven record of simultaneously managing team communications and SEO deliverables.Demonstrated skills in MS Excel for data analysis, lookups, and pivot tables.Strong evidence of excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Preferred QualificationsBackground in the dental or healthcare industry.Experience in Google Analytics 4.Expereince working in an agency enviornment (multiple clients simulataneously) Salary & Benefits$30,000 - $40,000 USD per year (based on experience and geomarket rate)2-weeks of Paid-Time-Off per year.
