We work in complex sectors and use AI to move faster with accuracy. You’ll support Project 54 properties and an energy-sector client. Our clients sit in complex sectors, including energy, where accuracy and reliability matter.We are remote-first. You’ll work with a small team that ships every week, documents decisions, and values clear writing over slides. We use AI to speed up research, QA, translation, and clustering, never as a shortcut for thinking. You’ll learn how to design simple SOPs, track work in lightweight logs, and show impact with before/after evidence.What you’ll doKeyword research and clusteringOn-page SEO: titles, H1–H3, meta, internal linkingTechnical audits: crawl/indexation, sitemaps, robots, canonicalizationCore Web Vitals and page-speed fixes (surface issues, propose fixes, support WordPress/Elementor implementation)Schema/JSON-LD setup and validationEthical link earning/digital PR (prospecting, outreach templates, tracking)Reporting in GA4 and Google Search Console with clear insightsMinimum qualificationsEnglish proficiencyHands-on with Google Search Console, GA4, WordPress/Elementor, Google Sheets/DocsYou write clearly and make recommendations backed by evidenceYou’re proactive: you bring solutions, not just problemsNice to haveExperience with Looker StudioExperience with schema and CWV/site-speed debuggingComfort using AI to speed up research, clustering, QA, and translationTools and trainingWe work with GSC, GA4, WordPress/Elementor, Sheets/Docs, and Google Workspaces, various tools; Looker Studio is a plus. You’ll receive training and access to selected AI tools to improve research quality, translation support, and reporting.
