Client Representative (m/f/d) Cable Pull-In - OWF Baltic Power

We are currently seeking an experiencedClient Representative (m/f/d) Cable Pull-Into support the OWF Baltic Power project, starting 08. - 10. August 2025, for an estimated duration of 5 months until 08. January 2026. This freelance role is offshore-based in Gdynia, Poland, operating on a 21/21 rotation.

Be present as a witness during cable pull-in activities Daily planning meetings, toolbox talks and any other discussions to ensure that the works are being planned and executed according to the overall project execution plan. Participate in weekly safety walks with HSE representatives Review and understand RA/MS and QHSE documents as required.

Prepare and distribute Daily Progress Reports Maintain an accurate record of all installation & completion activities on a daily basis throughout the execution phase Inspect, terminate and test offshore export and associated cables SAT Test Witnessing Relevant offshore experience in cable pull-in roles Knowledge of testing and termination works is preferred Valid offshore certificates Strong HSE awareness and knowledge of international safety standards Ability to work independently and handle responsibility in offshore conditions Willingness to work in a 3-week on / 3-week off rotationRequirements & Compensation Minimum required certificates: GWO package (First Aid, Fire Awareness, Manual Handling, Sea Survival incl.
