About PhysAs a fast-growing Saudi AR startup working with government partners, marketing agencies, and multiple internal teams, we need an organized and proactive coordinator to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.🔹 Role OverviewThe Secretary / Admin & Coordination Associate will manage calendars, handle communication, organize meetings, and support operations. Perfect for a fresh graduate who is organized, responsible, and eager to learn.🔹 Responsibilities🗂 Administrative & Executive Support• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments• Prepare meeting notes, agendas, and follow-up action items• Organize digital files, documents, and records📞 Internal & External Communication• Coordinate between internal teams and external partners• Draft professional emails and maintain communication logs• Support onboarding of new partners, suppliers, and stakeholders📅 Operations & Coordination• Arrange logistics for meetings and events• Track deliverables, deadlines, and ongoing tasks• Support the marketing and business development teams with admin tasks🔹 Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Management, or similar• Excellent communication (Arabic + English)• Strong organizational and time-management skills• Professional email etiquette• Saudi national🔹 Bonus Points• Experience with scheduling tools (Google Calendar, Notion, etc.)• Exposure to admin or coordination roles• Interest in startups or technology🔹 What We Offer• Competitive Salary • Hybrid work model• National insurance• Fast-track growth opportunities• Work directly with leadership • A supportive and mission-driven team
