With plants in Austria, China, India, Malaysia and sales offices around the globe, we offer excellent career opportunities for creators, innovators and enablers with the drive to make a difference.To enhance our successful Operations Team in AT&S Malaysia in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah, we are looking for a passionateSection Manager - Industrial EngineeringYour ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the IE team to meet departmental goals and KPIs.Establish and maintain accurate capacity models for each process and product line.Conduct time studies to define standard operation times (SOT) and identify process bottlenecks.Collaborate with Production Planning, Production, and Engineering to ensure capacity aligns with customer demand.Drive layout optimization, line balancing, and manpower planning for efficiency improvement.Analyse process performance data to identify and eliminate non–value-added activities.Support new product introduction (NPI) with line setup, capacity study, and productivity baseline.Lead continuous improvement and cost reduction projects using lean manufacturing methodologies.Develop training plans to enhance IE team’s technical capability and problem-solving skills.Your ProfileBachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.Minimum 8 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.Strong knowledge in capacity planning, time study, and productivity improvement.Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and other IE-related toolsStrong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.Our OfferPersonal and professional growth opportunities in a Greenfield Project of a recognized MNCA chance to actively contribute to AT&S´ success and to create valueA secure position with long-term career perspective in an internationally expanding environmentAttractive and competitive compensation packageReady for a new challenge to advance your career?
