Job Description:Lead the product development lifecycle for new secure products, from ideation to launch focusing on secured loan products: auto loan, mortgage, invoice financing, … for individual, household business and corporate customer.Conduct market research and identify customer needs.Define product requirements and specifications that prioritize security best practices.Deploy the products in alignment with product operations process and company’s policy adapting company’s strategy.Can understand and redesign end-to-end product, process and procedures including customer touchpoints of selling, underwriting, risk policy assessing, credit granting, debt repayment and operational customer services, integrating with different lending platforms/ commercial applications.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, IT, Risk, Operation, Legal,…) to implement new products or campaigns or improvement of existing products in terms of selling process, product parameters, risk indicators and others.Build and update product programs reflecting changes.Manage the portfolio including but not limited to analyzing and keeping track of product performance, P&L and policy.Other tasks assigned by Head of Department.Requirement:Bachelor degrees: major in Business or Finance or similar background.Minimum 3 years of work experience in corporate credit analysis.Minimum 5 years of work experience in Secured loan product (auto loan, mortgage, invoice financing, …) for individual, household business, corporate customer (especially SMEs).Lending platform understanding: CRM, Mobile app for Customer, LOS/LMS, Integration of core system with related system.Demonstrated ability to critically analyze situations and risks, determine paths of action, and make recommendations to remediate issues.Strong communication skills, data analysis skills, presentation skills.What We Offer:Mirae Asset Finance Company Vietnam aims to build a "Professional - Friendly - Effective" working environment.
