Job Description

Overview1. Execute and manage investment activities effectively for the Portfolio Management & Investment Advisory Department, as well as for the securities investment funds under the Company’s management.2. Prepare investment reports for investors and the Management Board of the investment funds.3. Develop regular reports on capital market movements and propose appropriate investment strategies.4. Develop templates, internal policies, and procedures for the Investment Department to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen risk management, and ensure strict compliance.Job DescriptionPublic Investment- Execute trading orders as instructed by the Portfolio Manager.- Prepare end-of-day NAV (Net Asset Value) reports.- Prepare weekly reports on market updates and portfolio performance.- Provide technical analysis reports as requested by the Portfolio Manager.- Handle fund administration tasks.- Perform other duties as assigned by senior managementMain CommunicationInternal- Portfolio Director / Managing Director / CEO / Fund Management Board- Collaborate, share information, and support other departments to achieve common goals and performance targets.- Institutional and individual clients, family officesExternal- Potential investee companies- Financial institutions such as securities companies and banks- Regulatory authorities and stock exchanges (SSC, HOSE, HNX, etc…)KPIs- Optimal investment and divestment value.- Investment performance of managed portfolios.- Quality of reports and client satisfaction.- Accuracy and compliance of executed transactions and transaction reports.PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE- Minimum 3 years of experience in investment management or portfolio management within the listed capital market.- In-depth understanding of Vietnam’s capital market and business models.- Strong analytical, evaluation, and investment skills.- Professional, proactive, decisive, and patient working style, with the ability to work independently and perform well under pressure.- Possession of a valid Fund Management License issued by the State Securities Commission (mandatory).- Candidates holding CFA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional certifications are preferred.
