Pick up from MRT Petchaburi station is also available by calling at +66 21153333.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a professional and decisive Security and Loss Prevention Manager to join our team at Mercure Bangkok Makkasan, Thailand. As a key member of our leadership, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive security and loss prevention strategies to protect our assets, employees, and customers.Develop, implement, and oversee security and loss prevention policies and proceduresConduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategiesManage and maintain security systems, including CCTV and access controlLead investigations into security breaches, thefts, and other incidentsCollaborate with local law enforcement and government agencies as neededTrain and supervise security personnel and loss prevention teamsAnalyze security data and prepare detailed reports for upper managementEnsure compliance with Thai labor laws and regulations related to securityDevelop and manage emergency response plansOversee inventory control systems and procedures to minimize shrinkageStay updated on industry trends and emerging security technologiesQualificationsMinimum of 3 years of experience in security and loss prevention managementProven track record in developing and implementing security strategiesStrong knowledge of security management systems and loss prevention techniquesExpertise in risk assessment, CCTV surveillance, and emergency response planningProficiency in inventory control systems and shrinkage reduction methodsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong leadership and team management abilitiesExceptional communication skills in both Thai and EnglishIn-depth understanding of Thai labor laws and regulations related to securityExperience in retail or hospitality security operations preferredAbility to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as neededAdditional InformationWhat is in it for you:Employee benefit card offering discounted rates at Accor hotels worldwide.
