Job TitleTeam Lead - Delivery ManagementPurpose of the RoleThe Team Lead of the Delivery Management team leads a team of Delivery Management to ensure seamless migration, integration, and enhancement of Amadeus solutions for travel agency customers across the Asia Pacific region.This role is accountable for the strategic direction, operational excellence, and people leadership within the delivery function. The Team Lead ensures customer commitments are met, risks are proactively managed, and the team operates at high performance to deliver value to retail, business, and online travel agencies.Key Responsibilities Strategic Delivery LeadershipDefine and oversee delivery strategy and execution across multiple projects and customers, ensuring alignment with Amadeus’ business objectives.Establish governance frameworks, delivery standards, and KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement.Act as the senior escalation point for critical delivery issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.Partner with regional commercial and other leadership to forecast demand, allocate resources, and manage delivery capacity across the portfolio. Solution & Customer EngagementProvide oversight of solution engineering activities, ensuring integration and implementation plans are feasible and aligned with customer needs.Collaborate with commercial and pre-sales teams to validate customer requirements and solution designs and support strategic sales opportunities.Build and maintain strong operational relationships with key customers, positioning Amadeus as a trusted partner. People & Team ManagementLead, coach, and develop a team of Delivery Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.Set clear performance objectives, conduct regular reviews, and support career development pathways.Champion diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement within the team.Ensure compliance with Amadeus processes, reporting standards, and governance requirements.
