We look for a Security Architect who will design and operationalize the security architecture that protects data, privacy, and system integrity.What You Will DoDefine and evolve the overall security architecture across applications, services, and data assetsMap trust boundaries and data flows; maintain a prioritized, risk-based control roadmapMaintain living architecture and threat model documentation to guide control decisionsEstablish classification, encryption, retention, and secure removal practicesOversee cryptographic key management and secret handlingDesign and enforce fine-grained access controls, least-privilege, and separation of dutiesProtect AI/data processing and retrieval workflows from misuse, leakage, and abuseSecure external integrations and ingestion channels with validation, scanning, and source trust controlsHarden deployment and runtime (image/artifact integrity, network controls, secrets management)Automate secure-by-default environment provisioning and baseline hardeningIntegrate automated security checks and policy enforcement into delivery pipelinesPerform targeted security design/code reviews for high-impact componentsDefine logging & telemetry for security-relevant events; evolve centralized detection & analysis capabilitiesEnsure isolation and integrity of logging, backup, and security tooling domainsDevelop, test, and iterate incident response playbooks for likely threat scenariosSupport compliance and readiness activities with practical evidence and control mappingsCoach and enable engineering teams through focused design reviews; champion automation-first practicesWhat You Will NeedMust Have7+ years hands-on security architecture experience for cloud (e.g., mainstream hyperscalers) + containerized platformsStrong background in identity & access design (role + attribute-based, least privilege automation)Practical application of Zero Trust principles (segmentation, continuous verification)Proven data protection solution delivery (classification, encryption, lifecycle)Cryptographic key management and lifecycle design experienceContainer/Kubernetes or equivalent hardening (network segmentation, admission controls, runtime constraints)Experience securing AI/LLM or retrieval pipelines (misuse & leakage mitigations)Policy-as-code & DevSecOps integration (automated scanning, gating, drift detection)Threat modeling facilitation with actionable outcomesDemonstrated, quantified security improvementsAbility to communicate complex security concepts clearly to varied audiencesSoft SkillsPragmatic risk framing; executive storytellingSystems thinking and the ability to decompose complex flows into actionable control stepsBias toward automation and measurable outcomes over manual processesOwnership & follow-throughAdaptability in evolving AI/platform risk landscapesDecision transparency (documents rationale, assumptions, residual risk)Mentoring & coaching mindsetCalm incident demeanorCollaborative conflict resolutionNice To HaveVector / embedding privacy considerationsVoice or transcription data handling exposureArtifact signing & software supply chain integrity (SBOM, signature verification)Detection engineering/custom rule authoring experienceRelevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, CKS, or public cloud security certifications)WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?Culture & DevelopmentFriendly Environment: We take pride in our culture and love spending time together.Team Spirit: Be part of a supportive team that uplifts each other.
