Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Security Guard position located in Timmins, ON. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of people, property, and assets at assigned locations. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring premises, conducting routine security checks, managing access control, handling emergency situations, and providing a professional presence in support of clients’ safety requirements. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills to communicate effectively, maintain professionalism, and provide excellent serviceKnowledge and expertise in Physical Security and the ability to implement effective security operationsUnderstanding of Personnel Security procedures and protocols, with the ability to manage access and ensure complianceExperience in Private Security, handling situations discreetly and effectivelyExceptional Customer Service skills to assist clients, staff, and visitors professionally and courteouslyAbility to remain calm and act decisively in emergency or high-pressure situationsPossession of a valid Security Guard License and First Aid/CPR certificationFlexible availability, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysPrevious experience in a security-related role is an asset
