Current certification with Private Investigator’s and Security Act (Bill 159 legislation).Three years of previous experience in dealing with the general public in a law and/or security role preferred.Current use of force and/or non-violent crisis intervention training an asset.Knowledge and experience dealing with those under the Mental Health Act.Experience with security technology and access control systems.Skills And AbilitiesDemonstrated note taking and report writing skills.Proven ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written English instructions.Exhibits confidence, assertiveness and control behaviours.Demonstrated conflict resolution skills.Able to meet the physical demands of the job with a tolerance for continuance walkingDemonstrated commitment to customer service and teamwork.
