Team members work directly with customers to resolve issues and flag potential concerns. Using cutting-edge technology and sharp attention to detail, they help prevent financial crime and keep trust at the core of Revolut.We’re looking for a Security Leader to receive classified information requests from government authorities in Hungary. This is a specialised role with clear data handling responsibilities under Hungarian national security law. You’ll oversee all personnel, physical, administrative, and electronic security requirements related to classified information, while building the processes and managing the team needed for compliant operations.If you’re up for the challenge of creating a new security function from the ground up, we want to hear from you.What You'll Be DoingLeading classified-information handling processes and ensuring compliance with legal requirementsOverseeing personnel, physical, administrative, and electronic security measures related to classified informationConducting annual compliance checks of classified-information handlingPreparing and submitting all required annual reports to the relevant authoritiesManaging TÜK agents (classified-information handlers) responsible for handling and responding to classified information requestsActing as the designated contact person towards relevant state bodies and agenciesLeading bereavement agents, supporting inheritance-related processesManaging the daily performance of employees, ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to SLA expectationsOverseeing the management of physical and digital documents (especially incoming communications that aren't automatically categorised)Managing the local physical office environment, with support from the Facilities teamWhat You'll NeedFluency in English (C1) and HungarianA university or college degree1+ years of experience in classified information management in HungaryFamiliarity with Hungarian classified information regulations and National Security Authority (NBF) processes1+ years of experience managing a team of agentsThe ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlinesTo be someone who demonstrates sound judgementExcellent organisational and communication skillsNice to haveTo have completed the TÜK exam A personal security certificate (PSC) in Hungary, or prior national security vettingExperience interacting with national security authorities, including Hungary’s NBFExperience setting up processes for classified information handling at a new organisation in HungaryBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
