As a Security Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of security operations liaising closely with the client team.Primary responsibilities include implementing physical and operational measures, managing rota shifts, supervising security teams, and ensuring the safety of both personnel and assets. You will also collaborate with senior management to address risk mitigation and continuing improvements.QualificationsKnowledge of technical security systemsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills in security-risk assessmentComputer literateExcellent leadership and team coordination skillsAbility to respond effectively to security incidents and crisesBachelor’s degree or equivalentTermsAnnual salary: £32,000 circa Hours: 40 hour week / Monday to Friday
