You will be responsible for the safety and security of the corporate environment, including employees, customers, and company property. As a member of the security team, you will participate in a variety of security tasks. Working with us is always dynamic and full of challenges.What you'll actually doProtect company assets, personnel, and premises to ensure overall safety and securityConduct security patrols throughout the premisesCarry out both static and mobile patrols at assigned locationsMonitor CCTV systemsInspect vehicles and individuals entering secured areasMaintain strict access control procedures, verifying entry of authorized personnelOperate basic security equipment to support security operationsRespond promptly to alarms, suspicious activities, and emergency incidentsProvide protection for employees and guests at corporate or private eventsPrepare incident reports and maintain daily security logsCoordinate with local law enforcement or emergency services when requiredAssist the Internal Security Department with security-related tasks as neededPerform ad hoc assignments for executive management with professionalism and discretionCarry out all duties as directed by the SupervisorWork in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidaysWho we’re looking forSecurity Guard License3 or more years of experience as a security officer in corporate or hospitality environmentsExperience in event protection, mobile patrol, or VIP escortExcellent surveillance and observation skillsStrong communication skills for clear reportingComputer literacyFluency in Greek and English; other languages are an advantageCompleted First Aid and Fire Safety coursesGood physical conditionDriver’s licenseHigh commitment to delivering security servicesStrong work ethic and proactive attitudeCalm and decisive under pressureHigh level of integrity and discretionAbility to take initiativeWhat we offer along the wayCompetitive and attractive compensation packageStructured monthly work scheduleComplimentary uniform provisionAccess to the company gym with a personal trainerProfessional development and career advancement opportunitiesWhat your journey looks likeIntro call with Recruiter (30 minutes)Final interview (60 minutes)What it's like hereCurious about what working at Exness really looks like?
