You will join our Security Team and be responsible for overseeing operational security tasks and managing security personnel. You will supervise daily operations, support incident response, and maintain high security standards. Your role is vital in ensuring a safe and secure environment for our employees, guests, and company assets.You will also handle emergency incident response, including implementing emergency procedures, performing initial checks, and responding to alarms. Additionally, you will support the Internal Security Department in executing security measures effectively across the organization.What you'll actually doSupervise and manage the day-to-day activities of security personnel to ensure the safety of employees, guests, and assetsConduct regular risk assessments and security audits, recommending improvements and additional security measures as neededEstablish and manage protocols for responding to emergencies, such as security breaches, medical incidents, or natural disastersConduct security patrols and monitor surveillance systemsRespond promptly and appropriately to safety or emergency situationsTrain and guide team members in safety procedures, emergency preparedness, and loss prevention practicesCollaborate with local law enforcement and authorities as necessaryInvestigate incidents, ensure proper documentation, and follow up on required actionsMaintain strong working relationships with other departments to ensure seamless operations and a positive work environmentPlan and oversee security arrangements for executives and corporate eventsMonitor and assess ongoing security situations and potential risksPrepare detailed reports, provide recommendations, and advise internal teams on safety mattersSupport internal investigations by providing reports and necessary documentationComplete all incident reports and required documentation for security incidents, including weekly and regular reports as prescribedPerform additional security field duties as requested by the line manager or company managementWho we’re looking forSecurity Guard license5+ years of experience in physical security, ideally in corporate or hospitality sectorsExcellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skillsStrong knowledge of emergency response proceduresProficiency in basic computer skillsCPR/First Aid certificationAbility to remain calm and focused under pressureStrong work ethicPhysical fitness and stamina for extended standing and walkingValid driver’s licenseFluent in Greek and EnglishNice to have: Experience in event protection, mobile patrol, or VIP escortCertification in personal protection, crisis management, or related security certificationsFirst Aid or emergency response trainingWhat we offer along the wayCompetitive and attractive compensationStructured monthly work scheduleComplimentary uniformAccess to the company gym with a personal trainerProfessional development and career advancement opportunitiesWhat your journey looks likeIntro call with Recruiter (30 minutes)Final interview (60 minutes)What it's like hereCurious about what working at Exness really looks like?
