As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help to deter potential security-related incidents. What You'll Do Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter, with special attention to access points and sensitive areas relevant to financial institutions. Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to help to deter unauthorized access and suspicious activity. Report security-related incidents, hazards, and/or unusual occurrences promptly to the appropriate personnel. Support emergency response activities as directed, assisting with evacuation or other critical procedures when appropriate. Collaborate with team members and interact professionally with employees and visitors at the location. Minimum Requirements At least 6 months of security-related experience is required. Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
