Security Professional

As a Privileged AM-SM you will support the client business service owner in various phases including the planning, design and decision-making, implementation, and oversight phases of diverse projects related to the operation and daily activities of the Data Centres & Private Cloud Unit. The service provider is expected to take proactive steps to maintain the existing systems, and to continuously monitor and tune them for optimal performance and availability, with a good degree of autonomy.You will be responsible for:• Provide expert technical assistance on Privileged Access Management solutions, the setup of Zero Trust Architecture and related products or services that would need to be integrated with this platform (OSs, VPN solutions, IdPs, Security Token Services, hosting platforms including containerized environments, other security related solutions…) as required: technical guidance, troubleshooting, performance optimization, governance, monitoring.• Manage diverse projects related to the day-to-day operations of the Unit.• Participate in the formulation, planning and definition of project requirements, liaise with stakeholders and internal customers, participate in requirements gathering and communicate results.• Develop a deep understanding of internal business processes, oversee their continuous improvement and manage service reliability.• Ensure quality of external managed service project documentation, meeting minutes and other relevant documents and deliverables.• Participate in and coordinate project meetings and related activities.• Supervise services delivered within the external managed services portfolio.• Ensure that the services delivered by DIGIT contractors are compliant with DIGIT and 3rd parties process/guidelines.• Evaluate and implement security standardsMandatory RequirementsCandidates must meet all the following:University degree corresponding to Level 7 of the European Qualifications Framework (which typically corresponds to a master level or 5 years of higher education).Language knowledge (spoken and written) corresponding to at least Level B2 or higher of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR)2 in EnglishExperience in:• The services must be provided by a consultant having at least:o 10 years combined experience in the areas of Datacenter Infrastructure, OS management and IT Operational Security services (Privileged Access Management, Secret Management and/or Crypto Services).o 5 years of experience on the delivery and supervision of IT Security Operational Services such as Privileged Access Management (specific knowledge on PrivX would be a plus) and Secret Management services with experience on automation of such services.o Proven experience on the writing of technical documentation.Certifications:The services must be provided by a consultant holding the following certifications or equivalent:• Certified in a Secret Management Platform.• Windows Certified Systems Engineer• ITIL Foundation Certified.
