Job Description

Location: Damma, KSAEmployment type: Full‑time We are seeking an experienced QC Manager to lead quality control for security systems on construction and retrofit projects. You will own and implement the Project Quality Control Plan for CCTV, access control, fire alarm and associated low‑ and medium‑current works, supervise the QC team through installation, testing and commissioning, and drive delivery of defect‑free systems to client and consultant requirements. Key responsibilities Develop, implement and maintain the Project Quality Control Plan (QCP) and site‑specific ITPs, method statements and inspection checklists for security systems.Supervise and mentor QC Engineers and Inspectors during installation, testing and commissioning phases.Review and approve Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, shop drawings and material submittals.Ensure all materials and equipment (CCTV cameras, NVRs/VMS, access control panels/readers, fire alarm panels, cabling, switches, UPS) are inspected, verified and approved prior to installation.Conduct inspections at key stages: material delivery, storage, installation, testing and final commissioning; maintain accurate inspection records.Verify cable routing, containment, terminations, labeling, earthing/grounding and segregation of LV/ELV systems meet project standards and manufacturer guidelines.Witness and document system testing and commissioning: continuity and insulation tests, fiber OTDR/end‑to‑end tests, camera focus/coverage validation, alarm simulation, network configuration and FAT/SAT procedures.Coordinate and schedule inspections, FAT/SAT and site acceptance tests with clients, consultants and subcontractors; ensure client witness where required.Report non‑conformities; raise and manage NCRs, lead root‑cause analysis and ensure implementation and verification of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).Prepare and submit weekly and monthly QC reports, dashboards and handover QA/QC packs.Conduct toolbox talks and training sessions to raise quality awareness and enforce workmanship standards and HSE compliance on site.Liaise closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Procurement and Subcontractors to resolve quality issues promptly. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic/Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.8+ years’ QC/QA experience on building/infrastructure projects, including practical exposure to CCTV, access control, fire alarm and structured cabling; minimum 3 years in supervisory/managerial QC roles.Hands‑on knowledge of low‑current (ELV) and medium‑current (LV) interfaces and testing procedures.Proven experience preparing QCPs, ITPs, FAT/SAT protocols and managing NCR/CAPA processes.Proficient with testing tools (multimeter, Megger, OTDR, cable certifier) and basic networking concepts (PoE, VLAN, IP addressing).Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills. Preferred certifications ISO 9001 Lead Auditor / Internal AuditorNEBOSH or equivalent safety certificationBICSI / FOA (structured cabling/fiber) or manufacturer CCTV/VMS certifications
