It is seeking to enlarge its team for an immediate and intensive online preparation of the bid, deadline 16 Nov. If the bid is successful, those appointed will then to the implementation on a part time freelance basis for up to 4 years. The overally assignment includes designing the learning structure and determining the delivery approach. The client's subject matter experts will act as sources of specialist knowledge and be engaged in the training delivery to own organisation.Implementation responsibilities include creating content tailored to instructional needs, aligning digital learning strategies with organizational goals, collaborating with project teams, and ensuring interactive and engaging user experiences. You will also ensure content compliance with international standards and provide insights for module enhancement based on analytics and feedback.QualificationsThere are 3 roles, each of which requires specific and significant experience:Instructional Designer, who should hold a university degree and at least 3 years of professional experience in creating digital products with a focused on self-paced modules.eLearning Support Tool Designer of tools such as graphics, videos, quizzes etc with excellent writing skills in English for clear instructional design and collaboration.IT Expert with significant experience in the Technical Implementation and Commissioning of eLearning in line with the client's standards.In addition the following competences enhance your application:Creativity in instructional design and familiarity with digital learning tools and platforms.Experience of development and delivery in virtual or distributed environments.Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, or relevant field.Experience with self-paced module design in corporate or professional contexts.
