Job DescriptionResponsibility for ensuring the success of key sellers on the platform including driving Revenue and smooth operationEducating sellers on features, promotional campaigns and market insightsBuilding good relationships and trust with sellers to understand more about their business and their key success factorsInteract with stakeholders of different teams to ensure products sold by new sellers receive enough visibility on the product pagesImplement campaigns for new sellers, analyse and report their performanceInteract with other local teams to share knowledge and replicate best practicesForecast volume and number of new sellers and activities required to incubate themUpdate and report to direct leader on weekly progressRequirementsA Bachelor’s degree in any field and working experience in Key Account Management and Business Development. Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and stakeholders and present both over the phone and in personAbility to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environmentLogical thinking and strong problem-solving skillsExcellent command of English and the ability to converse fluently in other languages (e.g. Malay or Mandarin) will be an added advantage
