Job DescriptionLead and manage a project portfolio such as Seller Speed Policy, Logistic Performance Initiatives, Supply chain Excellences projects.Set strategic direction for the team, balancing seller compliance, buyer experience, and logistics efficiency.Continuously benchmark competitors, industry standards, and policy changes to identify gaps and opportunities, and propose proactive strategies for Shopee.Drive end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment across stakeholders (Seller Ops, LM, FM, Policy, Tech, Commercial) and timely execution.Improve seller user experience by translating complex supply chain requirements into clear and seller-friendly processes/policies.Build, guide, and motivate the sub-team, ensuring high performance, capability development, and strong ownership of deliverables.Monitor project performance, resolve roadblocks, and provide structured updates, risks, and recommendations to senior management.Champion process innovation to increase speed, reliability, and clarity of seller logistics operations.Lead and manage incident resolution or ad-hoc issues that could impact seller operations, ensuring root cause solutions are embedded into future processes.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.3+ years of experience in project management, supply chain, logistics, or e-commerce operations.Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data/insights into strategic actions.Skilled in stakeholder management, able to influence and align across multiple functions.Strategic thinker with curiosity for competitor trends and industry best practices.High sense of ownership, detail orientation, and ability to perform under pressure.Excellent communication skills in Thai and English (verbal & written).Proficiency in G-Suite (Excel/Sheets, Slides/Docs)SQL/data management skills are a plus.
