Job DescriptionAbout The TeamAnalyze Sales performance data to identify key metrics and trends, formulate targets, and continuously monitor key improvement pointsStrategize and manage data processes to accurately assess and enhance performance of sellers with dedicated BD headcountProactively engage and inform stakeholders by providing regular updates, timely reports, and clear communication on performance progress and key initiatives.Working on external tools to communicate targets and actual performance, including but not limited to:Google Suites: Sheets, Slides, Documents, Looker StudioMicrosoft Office: Excel, PowerpointSQL (Preferred)Job DescriptionPerformance ManagementIdentify key metrics that drive AM performance and assess their impact on overall business objectivesConduct in-depth analysis of historical revenue data, adoption metrics, and other relevant performance indicators to uncover patterns, trends, and correlationsFormulate valid and data-backed assumptions to establish realistic and achievable targets for AMsContinuously monitor AM performance against established targets and benchmarksProject ManagementMonitor project progress, ensuring adherence to project timelines and milestones.Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during project executionConduct regular project reviews to evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvementImplement appropriate project control measures to ensure project quality and customer satisfactionData GovernanceCollect and validate data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Assist in managing backend data systems for stakeholder accessibility to clean and accurate dataCreate and maintain dashboards to visualize AM performance metrics and drive strategic decisionsContinually refine data collection and analysis processes for greater efficiency and impact.Stakeholder ManagementEstablish regular communication channels to keep stakeholders informedProactively address and resolve issues in a timely mannerRequirementsEducational Background & Certifications RequirementCollege GraduateExperience RequirementHas at least three years of work experience, preferably in Sales Operations or Sales roleFresh graduate / entry level with strong background in data analyticsKnowledge And SkillsExcellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills in EnglishPossess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, sensitivity to data, and proficient with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, and SQL (preferred)Learns fast and can manage projects end-to-endStrong stakeholder managementAmenable to work onsite in PodiumJob DetailsRole Level: Mid-Level Work Type: Full-Time Country: Philippines City: Manila National Capital Region Company Website: http://careers.shopee.com/ Job Function: Sales Company Industry/Sector: Internet Marketplace Platforms And Technology Information And InternetWhat We OfferAbout The CompanySearching, interviewing and hiring are all part of the professional life.
