Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie, located in Kololi. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing and cooking various dishes, overseeing kitchen staff, ensuring kitchen hygiene and safety, and assisting in menu planning. The role involves maintaining ingredient quality and inventory and collaborating with other kitchen staff to deliver high-quality cuisine to guests.
