SENIOR – ALL-SOURCE ANALYSTLocation: Fort Meade, MD | Type: Full-Time | Clearance: TS/SCIOverviewDarkStar Intelligence is seeking a highly skilled Senior All-Source Analyst to provide expert intelligence support, drive strategic decision-making, and enhance national security initiatives. The ideal candidate will leverage extensive experience in multi-source analysis to assess threats, trends, and operational risks critical to the defense and intelligence communities.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide senior-level operational expertise in conducting advanced all-source analysis, synthesizing intelligence from multiple sources to deliver comprehensive assessments of complex national security threats, risks, and trendsLead multi-source analytical efforts, interpreting and forecasting regional and functional developments, identifying emerging threats, and shaping decision-making at both strategic and tactical levels within defense and intelligence communitiesDirect and provide in-depth analytical support for intelligence collection, operational planning, investigative efforts, and defense intelligence requirements to ensure production of high-quality, timely intelligence productsManage the collection, organization, and structuring of operational mission data to develop and execute precise short- and long-term operational calendarsOversee the production and dissemination of weekly intelligence briefs and updates, ensuring leadership is informed of ongoing operations, upcoming activities, and future mission schedulesLead analysis of key operational resource requirements—funding, equipment, personnel, and training—to align with mission priorities and long-term objectivesCompile and present quarterly reports to senior leadership assessing current resource levels, identifying gaps, and providing forecasts to enhance mission readiness and operational effectivenessDevelop, refine, and oversee the maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operational support activities, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and operational efficiencyManage the secure storage, organization, and updating of classified and unclassified intelligence products, maintaining repositories that ensure timely and secure access for ongoing and future operationsMinimum QualificationsClearance: Active Top Secret/SCIEducation/Experience: Master’s degree in a relevant field and 12 years’ experience (within the last 2 years), or Bachelor’s degree and 14 years of relevant experienceTraining/Certification: Graduate of in-residence Fundamentals of Intelligence Analysis course or military service equivalentExperience utilizing contemporary national IC databases is requiredCompensation & BenefitsSalary Range: $110,000 – $125,000. Final compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, internal equity, and market data.
