Senior - Growth Executive, Online Payment

We are seeking a highly driven Senior Growth and Marketing Executive to spearhead our company's growth initiatives. This position requires a self-starter who thrives on challenges, possesses a deep understanding of the fintech landscape, and is passionate about leveraging data-driven insights to achieve ambitious growth targets.Job Description:In charge of the overall execution of major marketing campaigns, promotional programs, launching of new product features, and other projects as required;Work with cross-functional team including data analytics and product development to generate ideas and develop an end-to-end growth plan;Work with data analytics team to create and perform key reports and analyses for the management team for the reporting and decision-making regarding the projects;Work with the creative and operations team for the execution of marketing and communications plans;Track and report on performance, identifying key wins and learnings to advise future campaigns;Work in collaboration with the Manager for growth plans on monthly, quarterly and annually basic.Requirement:Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required;Experience: 2-3 years experience in relevant fields such as Growth & Marketing, Analytics, Research, Product Development;Essential skills:Results driven; able to deliver under tight deadlines and pressure;Previous experience in a technology B2C product a plus;Personal characteristics: Strong interpersonal skill, logical thinking skill and growth mindset; able to manage senior stakeholders.
