As a Creative Event Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of event planning and execution. Your day-to-day tasks will include conceptualizing event ideas, managing budgets, communicating with clients and vendors, and ensuring events run smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, you will assist with sales activities and identify opportunities to enhance the client experience.ResponsibilitiesCreate strong, concept-driven Master Visuals that define the creative direction of each event.Design high-quality printed materials, including:BackdropsRoll-upsInvitationsBrochuresSignageStage brandingEvent collateralDesign screen content layouts for event LED screens, widescreens, and directional screens.Build clean, visually engaging presentations (PowerPoint / Keynote / Google Slides) for pitches and client decks.Develop cohesive visual identities for events and creative concepts.Work closely with the 3D, production, and creative teams to ensure consistent branding across all outputs.Prepare print-ready files with correct colors, bleeds, dimensions, and technical specifications.Qualifications3–5 years of experience as a 2D Designer, preferably in events, exhibitions, or advertising.Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.Strong ability to create Master Visuals from scratch.Solid experience in preparing print-ready artwork and understanding color, materials, and print production.Excellent presentation-design skills: layout, hierarchy, flow, and visual storytelling.Good understanding of screen resolutions, aspect ratios, and LED content formats.Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.A strong portfolio showcasing: master visuals, printed materials, and presentations (required).
