We're an established programmatic job advertising agency expanding into traditional direct recruitment services. We're looking for an experienced Senior 360 Recruiter to join us as a founding member of our new recruitment division. This is a full-cycle recruitment role where you'll own the entire process from business development and client acquisition to candidate sourcing, placement, and relationship management.As one of our first direct recruitment hires, you'll have the unique opportunity to build this division from the ground up, leveraging our existing client base and industry relationships while shaping the culture, processes, and growth strategy.
