Senior 3D Designer

Brief:Muhaya, a leading Saudi company in the field of exhibitions and conferences, is seeking a Senior 3D Designer to guide and inspire our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of innovative, high-quality 3D designs for exhibition booths, stages, and event spaces—ensuring that all concepts are both visually striking and practically executable.The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of *materials, fabrication techniques, and local market availability, allowing them to translate creative ideas into feasible designs. In addition, they should have a strong grasp of **branding principles* to ensure alignment between client identity and the proposed concepts. This position requires both *creative direction and leadership skills*, fostering collaboration, mentorship, and excellence within the 3D team.Responsibilities: Lead the 3D design team in developing exhibition and event concepts from initial sketches to final renderings. Ensure all designs are feasible for production and fabrication, considering materials, structural stability, and on-site execution. Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and production teams to align creative vision with technical requirements. Integrate client branding and identity into spatial designs to achieve consistent and impactful visual experiences. Review and refine design outputs, providing constructive feedback and creative direction to the team. Stay informed on *new materials, trends, and technologies* in the exhibition and events industry. Manage timelines, resources, and workflow to ensure on-time delivery of all design projects. Mentor team members, encourage innovation, and promote a positive, growth-oriented creative culture.Requirements: Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in 3D design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role within the exhibitions and events industry. Proficiency in 3D design software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, or similar, along with strong rendering and visualization skills. Solid understanding of materials, finishes, lighting, and fabrication processes used in exhibition design. Strong sense of branding and visual identity, with the ability to translate brand guidelines into spatial experiences. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a passion for teamwork and knowledge sharing. Ability to balance creative innovation with practical execution and client objectives. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, maintaining high-quality standards under tight deadlines.
