Senior 3D Events Designer

About the Role:At OMQ, the Senior 3D Events Designer plays a pivotal role in shaping the creative direction of our event and exhibition designs. This position combines artistic vision with technical excellence to create immersive 3D environments that bring client concepts to life. Working closely with the Creative Strategy and Production teams, the Senior 3D Designer leads the development of high-quality visualizations and ensures that every project reflects OMQ’s standards of innovation and design excellence.Responsibilities: Develop and execute creative 3D concepts, models, and renderings for events, exhibitions, retail spaces, and branded environments.Collaborate with creative directors, project managers, and production teams to translate ideas into compelling 3D visuals.Lead 3D design projects from concept to final production, ensuring all creative and technical requirements are met.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, reviewing their work and maintaining consistency in visual quality.Prepare detailed design presentations, pitch visuals, and renderings that communicate design intent effectively to clients.Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and emerging tools in 3D design and visualization.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising creativity or quality.Maintain an organized file structure and documentation process for all design projects.Support the creative team during client presentations and internal reviews by contributing insights and design recommendations.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in 3D Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, Animation, or a related field.From 3-5 years of experience in 3D design, preferably within events, exhibitions, or creative agencies.Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, Blender, or equivalent 3D software.Strong skills in rendering engines such as V-Ray, Redshift, Arnold, or KeyShot.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).Demonstrated experience leading 3D projects from concept to final output with a strong design portfolio.Excellent understanding of spatial design, lighting, materials, and composition.Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Language: Fluency in Arabic with very good English proficiency.
