Our team uses its technical expertise and creativity to make a lasting change with all of our local and international clients.Key Responsibilities- Communicate effectively with clients to gather briefs, project evaluations, and direction, and prepare minutes of meeting reports after each client interaction. - Coordinate with clients to confirm event dates, requirements and timelines. - Monitor progress on ongoing projects and ensure deadlines are met. - Preparing and finalizing detailed & professional proposals, quotations, and presentations in coordination with the team to be sent to the client. - Managing account managers’ tasks and follow up with their duties. - Tracking quality of teams’ tasks and performance with providing coaching sheets, improvement track and reward system. - Supervising and supporting team members, guide them on who to contact, review their quotations, and ensure smooth project delivery. - Review and audit all the team tasks & workflow to reduce any delay or client bad experience. - Being the communication person with the client for every new project. - Maintaining clear communication with the client from the initial request through to final invoice delivery. - Represent the company at exhibitions, fairs, or networking events when required. - overseeing on-site setup and operations and ensuring a seamless experience for both the client and attendees. - Attend special client meetings or supplier negotiations as needed. - Conduct market research on trends, competitors, and audience needs. - Effective response for our main mail and new requests. - Sending invoice to the client, follow up on payment transfers to suppliers, and track the company’s collection date for the client payment. - Organized regular status meetings with clients to ensure transparency, manage expectations, and track progress on event objectives. - Organized invitations for journalists to attend key events such as press conferences or media roundtables, ensuring strong media coverage and client engagement. - Analysis the results of past campaigns and events, providing actionable insights and suggestions for future improvements to optimize results. - Collaborating with design and production teams to ensure alignment on project deliverables and overall execution, guaranteeing high-quality results for clients. - Coordinate with the accountant to track payments and transfers to suppliers. - Tracking and providing all activity-related expenses to the accountant. - Meet with the accountant to settle petty cash and review financial records. - Prepare and update a task sheet with all ongoing and completed tasks. - Maintain a record sheet of all issued invoices for tracking and reference. - Training New Candidates members on handling event requests, ensuring they understand stages of event planning and execution. - Contribute to content creation for CK platforms and client accounts, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. - Explore new business opportunities for CK through events, exhibitions, and online platforms. - Contribute to business growth opportunities and responsible for having new projects, clients and applying on new tenders. - Ensuring customer satisfaction and enhance CK clients’ experience. - Coordinate PR requests and services. - Perform additional tasks or duties as assigned to support the team and business needs. Qualifications5+ years of experience, 2 managerial or supervisor rules. Marketing & PR services industry is must.
