As part of the sales team, you will be very familiar with complex sales processes, comfortable in a fast-paced hyper growth environment, and thrive in developing new markets in the industry and evangelize AppsFlyer as the Attribution Authority in GCR.What You'll DoSales Execution and Territory Growth:Own a book of perspective & existing AppsFlyer customers; focusing on net growth in identifying & negotiating new, renewal, cross-sell & expansion sales motions; consistently achieve revenue targets.Act as the primary business/commercial contact, taking a consultative approach to provide value to customers Develop and implement strategic account plans aligning with the client's business objectives and growth strategies.Manage contract renewals and negotiations to ensure a mutually beneficial and long-term relationship.Evangelize AppsFlyer within your territory through prospecting, attending conferences and events, and speaking opportunitiesStrengthen & Expand Customer RelationshipsConduct in-depth needs assessments to understand the client's marketing technology landscape business objectives, challenges, and requirements. Utilize ongoing & consistent value selling, thought leadership, expectation setting, and communication, to expand and strengthen customer relationships across all customer touch points (C-suite to User) within marketing, product, business intelligence & privacy teams. Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within the client's organization.Become a trusted advisor by providing insights, recommendations, and strategic guidance.Own & Ensure Executional ExcellenceOwn sales execution with marketers within your territory.Ensure customer satisfaction & success by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) & proactively addressing any issues.Implement strategies to minimize churn and maximize customer retention.Be a product expert and have a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork cross-functionally with solution architects, customer success, support, and partnerships, to understand and anticipate customers’ business needs, driving revenue and relationship growth of key accounts.Work closely with product development, marketing, and customer support to ensure a coordinated and effective approach to serving the client.Facilitate communication between the client and internal teams to address issues, deliver enhancements, and provide ongoing support.Co-lead executive business reviews with Customer Success teams.Who You Are5+ years of relevant B2B SaaS sales experience with companies in ChinaAbility to speak and write English fluentlyProven performance achieving quota targetsExperience managing complex and competitive sales cyclesExperienced with CRMs (ideally Salesforce)Strong business acumen and professionalismDemonstrated understanding of the digital and mobile marketing ecosystemAbility to effectively grow relationships and partnerships with prospects from all levels of the organizationEnterprising and never-give-up spirit with positive attitudeDesire to learn and understand our technology from end to endCollaborative and solution-orientedAbove all, have growth mindsetAt AppsFlyer, we’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
