Job Title: Account Executive (New Business)Company: Compliance & Payments SolutionsRole: Generating new business within the Fintech Payments (Non-Banking Sectors) Financial in the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait and Oman.Required Languages: Fluent English and Arabic preferred.Location: Dubai based, with GCC travel required.Salary – AED 30,000-34,000 Fixed per month + double OTE in CommissionCompany OverviewA leading player in the B2B fintech industry, this company provides cutting-edge compliance and payment solutions to the financial services sector. Their solutions span Sanction Screening, Transaction Monitoring, advanced analytics, and reporting, supported by consultancy and dedicated customer support.Job DescriptionThe Account Executive is responsible for generating a new sales opportunities using existing and potential client networks, across the Fintech Payments sector but NOT to banks and traditional Cash financial services organisations.Responsibilities & DutiesSell the company’s solutions by building strong client relationships with new logos and new prospects.Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing deals and ensuring timely collection.Initiate and follow up with customers to address needs, resolve issues, and secure new business.Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, positioning solutions to meet customer requirements.Own and execute the RFI/RFP process.Conduct client meetings to support account management responsibilities.Consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.Respond to customer requests for information, including vendor audit processes.Lead technical discussions with potential clients, including demonstrations and presentations.Stay up to date with developments in the financial services and payments industries.Ensure CRM is used effectively to maintain a competitive advantage.Safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of business and customer information.QualificationsMinimum 3 years’ experience in Fintech Payment solution sales (non-banking.)Experience selling to PSP’s, Brokerage, Merchants and Non-Cash payment providers.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.In-depth knowledge of the payments, compliance, and risk management space.Strong presentation skills with confidence in both small and large group settings.Excellent communication skills in English (fluent) and Arabic preferred.CAMS certification is an advantage.
