Job Description

FWI is building a team to support Puerto Rico Department of Housing (PRDOH) Communication Services program for the Community Development Block Grant for Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) and Community Development Block Grant for Mitigation (CDBG-MIT). The Senior Account Executive will develop and execute account-specific strategies, analyze optimization opportunities, and collaborate with the Account Director to build and deliver client projects that meet and exceed program goals.FWI has been recognized as a Top Workplace by the Washington Post in 2024 and 2025, offering excellent growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.Position is contingent upon contract award**Work Schedule and LocationHybrid This full-time hybrid position will work Monday through Friday,8am to 5pm, with some onsite work in San Juan, Puerto Rico.Determine needs, develop and execute accounts or opportunities specific to the client's needsGather, validate, and analyze preliminary information via online research, social media platforms, networking, and others to seek optimization opportunities that ladder into client goalsPrepare and present performances to the client with a storytelling focus and strong emphasis on data visualizationCollaborate with Account Director and team counterpartsBuild and manage a plan to identify opportunities and strategies to meet and exceed client goalsWork with Account Director and support teams to build and execute client projectsCollaborate with the team or all areas to comply with clients' projects deadlinesKeep abreast of the changes and developments in marketing and communications to maintain a deep understanding of the client's needs and maximize the use of resourcesDevelop reports and data-driven multimedia strategies as well as track client activities and projects in real-time to ensure assistance and improvement in client executionRequiredBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management or Administration, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field5+ years of experience in a related fieldGood understanding of industry trends, marketing strategies, and plansExceptional interpersonal skills, negotiation, leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent Communication skills, empathy, presentation skills, highly organized, and a keen ability for problem-solving and negotiationExcellent verbal and writing skills in both Spanish and EnglishFWI is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/vets.
