Seinor Account Executive – SwedenStockholm – HybridSalary: 1.5 -1.6m SEK (OTE on 50/50 split)I'm currently working with a scaling SaaS company that’s redefining how procurement teams operate.They’ve developed a powerful supplier intelligence platform that helps enterprise customers gain full visibility and control over their spend. They’re now hiring an experienced Account Executive to join their Stockholm office and lead new business efforts across the Nordics.About the RoleThis is a high-impact, end-to-end sales role focused on driving growth across mid-market and enterprise segments in Sweden. The company is looking for someone who thrives in a consultative sales environment, understands the procurement space (or is eager to learn), and has a proven track record of exceeding targets in a SaaS environment.What You'll Be DoingLeading the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing enterprise-level dealsGenerating and managing a pipeline through outbound efforts, networking, and inbound qualificationRunning tailored product demos that map to customer pain points and prioritiesNavigating complex sales processes and multistakeholder environmentsNegotiating commercial terms and closing deals aligned with customer needs and business goalsStaying plugged into the procurement and SaaS ecosystem in Sweden to identify new opportunitiesWhat They're Looking For4–10 years of success in B2B SaaS sales, with experience closing deals in the mid-market or enterprise spaceStrong consultative sales approachExcellent communication skills in both Swedish and EnglishExperience managing longer sales cycles and engaging with senior decision-makersFamiliarity with tools like HubSpot or similar CRMsA proactive, self-starting mindset with the ability to work independently and drive outcomesBonus Points:Experience in procurement tech or consulting is highly desirableWhy This Role?You’ll be selling a best-in-class product that’s already delivering measurable impact to procurement teams.Flat structure and fast decision-making — your voice will be heard, and your work will matter.Equity opportunity available, along with a competitive base + commission structureA smart, motivated, and down-to-earth team'll surround you.Great central office in Stockholm with regular team events and off-sitesIf you're a driven SaaS sales professional looking to step into a strategic role with lots of autonomy, and you're excited by the idea of helping procurement teams do their best work, this is worth a conversation.
