Help build the future of AI-driven customer insights for financial servicesPredicti is on a mission to redefine how the financial sector use data. We empower business and data teams to predict customer behavior, prevent churn, and unlock new revenue with AI-powered insights without the usual complexity.Founded in Denmark by experienced founders (who have built and exited before), Predicti is scaling fast across the Nordics. With customers already in Denmark, Norway, and Sweden, a strong product-market fit, and a recent €3.7M investment, we’re now ready to build our presence in Sweden.And that’s where you come in.The roleAs our first hire in Sweden, you’ll be the driving force behind our local growth. You’ll identify potential clients within banking and insurance, connect with decision-makers through relation-based sales, networking, and introductions, and guide them through a value-based MEDDIC sales process from first meeting to signed contract.You’ll work closely with our Danish HQ in Copenhagen and Aarhus, where our technical and product teams will support you with demos, pre-sales materials, and expert knowledge. You’ll report directly to our Head of Commercial & Partnerships, Laura Trier, and play a key role in shaping both our Swedish market and the future Swedish team.Your tasksIdentify, qualify, and engage potential clients across the Swedish financial sectorBuild relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at the right levelLeverage your network, events, and introductions to open doors and build trustDrive the full sales cycle using Predicti’s MEDDIC-based sales frameworkCollaborate with our product specialists and founders to deliver impactful demos and value propositionsContribute to shaping our Swedish go-to-market approach and commercial playbookWho you areYou’re a commercially sharp relationship builder who thrives in complex B2B sales. You enjoy navigating organizations, influencing decision-makers, and creating value through long-term partnerships.You might come from fintech, tech, or data-driven SaaS or you’ve worked with clients in banking.
