As one of the pioneering members of the team, you will work closely with the other functions in continuously delivering user experience improvements and introducing best-in-class strategies and processes that will help Hive Health provide an unparalleled healthcare experience for Filipinos.ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Account Management Associate, your areas of responsibilities include:Manage and grow relationships with existing key accounts through preparing data-driven reports and conducting regular check-ins and business reports, facilitating onboarding sessions, and attending to day-to-day concernsLead the discussions and negotiations of contract renewalsOrganize marketing initiatives such as webinars and newsletters that drive member engagementSolicit feedback from accounts and incorporate these into product development and overall business strategyDevelop deep understanding of Hive’s product, as well as health plans and processes in the marketSupport and coordinate closely with other functions to deliver an extraordinary user experienceQualificationsAt least 3 years of relevant experience in account management, business development, or related fieldsAbility to effectively use data in building business reports and performing business analysisCreative, detail-oriented, proactive in problem solving and identifying opportunitiesCurious, results-driven, ownership mentality with growth mindsetExcellent verbal and written communicationsCollaborative team player with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environmentPassion for innovation in healthcareJoin our team as we revolutionalize healthcare in the Philippines—and beyond!✨ Day 1 benefits for full-time employees – because we practice what we preach!
