Senior Account Management Manager - Region

Kredivo is a high-growth fintech company that is passionate about using big data analytics, machine learning, and cutting-edge technology to revolutionize the way people use credit card. To continue our success story, we are looking for a Senior Account Manager to primarily support our client portfolio. This role will need to focus to lead the overall strategy and execution for managing long tail accounts (>5,000 merchants).What You'll DoTeam Leadership: Overseeing and mentoring a team of account management, ensuring they meet sales targets and overall score card.Portfolio Management: Oversee and grow a large number of "long tail" accounts, which are numerous but individually smaller merchants with diverse needsData Analysis & Strategy: Utilize data to monitor account performance, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategic plans for increased revenue Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing & sales) or external teams (brand & distributor), to implement strategies and drive successful campaign initiativesRelationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with the potential merchants, understanding their unique business objectives and challengesWhat You'll NeedBachelor degree with proven experience in account management or business developmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence stakeholders at all levelsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, highly structured, proactive, and adaptableDemonstrated ability to think strategically and develop actionable plansProficient in microsoft office, analytics platforms, & CRM tools.
