Enabling business growth exceptional service by enabling our businesses to focus on our competitive advantage and deliver transformation and digitisation across the bank.ResponsibilitiesThis role provides business partnering, strategic advisory and business administration services in particular to HBID CEO. The role will have to work and collaborate with senior stakeholder counterparts in HBID to develop and monitor HBID key priorities which includes but not limited to track business performance metrics, target setting, and other key strategic initiatives.This role also supports CEO together with CIB Business Management, D&A; for business administration operational activity, preparing strategy deck for various purpose, including but not limited all relevant finance information/calculation and tracking business initiatives whilst ensuring ensure accurate and reliable information being presented. The role holder is expected to ensure alignment in Business executions and priorities.The role holder is expected to use keen business judgment and analytical tools in driving the efficient ways of working through close collaboration with various departments locally and regionallyTo be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Banking area Experience working in relevant environments such as Corporate Banking, Finance, Data & Analytics Strong knowledge with the Bank’s products and services, or equivalent Strong understanding and skill in managing financial crime risks Strong organizational, analytical, negotiation, communication, teamwork and influencing skills Ability to manage stakeholders i.e. interact with internal stakeholders at all levels Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders Proven ability to deliver creative and flexible customer solutions Sufficient credit exposure experience Relevant risk management certification You’ll achieve more at HSBCHSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and opinions count.
