A Senior Account Manager at ‘em is a key role responsible for overseeing and managing client relationships, ensuring their needs and objectives are met through effective marketing strategies and campaigns.ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management:Act as the primary point of contact for key clients.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.Understand client needs and objectives, and ensure they are met through agency services.Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with client goals.Coordinate with internal teams (creative, media, production, etc.) to deliver campaigns.Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.Account Management:Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.Brainstorm and develop creative concepts, captions, and storytelling ideas.Write, edit, and adapt content tailored to each client’s brand voice.Collaborate with the design team to align visuals with copy.Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance and ROI.Identify opportunities for account growth and new business.Team Leadership:Lead and mentor junior account managers and account executives.Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.Ensure the team consistently delivers high-quality work.Financial Management:Develop and manage account budgets.Ensure the profitability of accounts by managing costs and maximizing efficiencies.Negotiate contracts and fees with clients.Problem Solving:Address any issues or challenges that arise during campaign execution.Provide proactive solutions to meet client needs and exceed expectations.QualificationsEducation & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.Several years of experience in account management, preferably in a marketing agency.Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns and client relationships.Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., CRM systems, analytics tools).Attributes:High level of professionalism and client service orientation.Strong leadership and team management skills.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Key Competencies:Client-Centric Approach: Focus on delivering value to clients and exceeding their expectations.Strategic Vision: Ability to see the big picture and align marketing strategies with client business objectives.Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and optimize campaign performance.Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate contracts and manage client expectations effectively.Leadership: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of account managers and other professionals.
