Senior Account Manager – Banking SectorWe are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead strategic sales initiatives and drive account development. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned enterprise sales professional with deep industry expertise, strong C-level relationship-building skills, and a track record of delivering results in complex solution sales environments.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing, while nurturing long-term relationships with top-tier banking clients.Develop and execute a territory-specific go-to-market strategy focused on high-potential enterprise accounts.Lead solution-based selling efforts, presenting compelling business cases and engaging with senior decision-makers.Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through direct client engagement, partner collaboration, and market analysis.Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through strategic account planning and whitespace analysis.Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools.Coordinate internal stakeholders across product, legal, services, and delivery to support deal execution.Oversee post-sale service quality and customer success in collaboration with technical and delivery teams.Represent the company’s vision and product roadmap, positioning integrated hardware, software, and service solutions to address client needs.Qualifications:15+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally within banking or digital transformation sectors.Proven success in exceeding revenue targets and managing large-value deals.Excellent strategic planning, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, matrixed environment and collaborate across cross-functional teams.Fluent in English and Russian (spoken and written).Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering; MBA preferred.
