We help brands launch effective influencer campaigns with data-driven insights, automation, and a highly engaged creator community.Role Overview:As an Account Manager at Partipost, you will be the key liaison between our brand partners and internal teams, ensuring campaigns are delivered with excellence and drive measurable results. You’ll manage end-to-end client relationships—from onboarding and campaign planning to execution and reporting—while identifying opportunities to grow and retain client accounts.Key Responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of brand clients across industries, ensuring campaign success and client satisfactionLead onboarding sessions and translate client objectives into effective influencer campaign strategiesWork closely with campaign, creative, and influencer teams to execute campaigns on time and within scopeBuild strong relationships with clients by providing proactive updates, insights, and solutionsMonitor campaign performance metrics and deliver regular performance reports and post-campaign analysesIdentify upsell opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to renew and grow client accountsAct as a client advocate internally, representing client needs to improve platform and campaign deliveryStay current with influencer marketing trends, platform capabilities, and competitive landscapeSupport the optimization of internal processes for better campaign execution and client experienceRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field2–4 years of experience in account management, client services, or campaign execution (preferably in marketing, digital media, or influencer space)Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skillsExcellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); other languages are a plusHighly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make optimization recommendationsComfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
