Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager for one of our clients in the IT industry.You will drive the full sales cycle for system integration solutions (own and 3rd-party software, services and infrastructure) for a defined territory and portfolio of accounts.ResponsibilitiesOwn the sales cycle for system integration solutions for your assigned territory/accounts – from opportunity discovery to deal closing.Build and grow strong customer relationships by understanding business needs, challenges and priorities.Manage and maintain a healthy pipeline and keep CRM data accurate to ensure business predictability and solid forecasting.Lead presales and sales activities – prepare proposals, presentations, demos and cost/benefit analyses.Coordinate internal stakeholders (presales, delivery, legal, etc.) to ensure a smooth and professional process from first contact to project delivery.Identify & develop new business opportunities, leveraging a wide product portfolio and tailoring solutions to customer needs.Collaborate with business units locally and across the region to foster cross-selling and achieve sales and SI targets.Develop and manage your pipeline: Generate, qualify and grow opportunities aligned with the overall business strategy.Manage client relationships: Understand clients’ businesses, commercial strategies and budgets to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.Drive business growth: Identify new prospects and market segments.Qualifications5+ years’ experience in selling custom IT solutions, with strong knowledge of IT products and technologies.Solid understanding of the local target market (business landscape, challenges, opportunities, customer needs).Proven ability to manage a territory: decision-makers, stakeholder mapping, competition and account structure.Strong business acumen and understanding of customer business plans and budgets.Excellent negotiation, networking and communication skills.A true “hunter” mindset – proactive, self-driven, comfortable working with ambitious targets.What we offerFlexible working hours – start between 8:00–10:00 and finish between 16:00–18:00.Hybrid work model.Private medical insurance from day one, with the option to include family members at preferential rates.Continuous learning & development – access to internal and external trainings, with costs covered.Access to a wide digital library through our Bookster partnership.Team events & celebrations – annual teambuildings, Christmas Party and Kids’ Christmas Party.
