Barden is proud to partner exclusively with a leading Irish technology manufacturing company to recruit a qualified Senior Financial Accountant for a permanent position. This role is based in North County Dublin/Louth and offers a hybrid working model (approximately three days per week on-site).The successful candidate will have strong experience in month-end close processes within a large organization. For the right person, this is a chance to shape how we do things and grow with us.''- CFO ResponsibilitiesAssist with month-end close activities and intercompany reconciliations across multiple entities.Prepare and review management accounts and board reporting packs.Perform detailed financial analysis on inventory movements, margins, and expense variances.Support the annual audit process, including drafting financial statements and related notes.Collaborate on ad-hoc projects and contribute to process improvement initiatives.QualificationsFully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with at least 2 years of professional experience.Strong organizational skills and an analytical approach to problem-solving.Previous exposure to manufacturing, inventory management, or intercompany transactions is an advantage.
