The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing financial reports, preparing budgets, analyzing financial data, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing financial advice to management. Day-to-day tasks include processing transactions, reconciling accounts, overseeing internal controls, and collaborating with external auditors. This role requires expertise in financial management, reporting, and analysis to support business decisions.QualificationsStrong financial management and reporting skillsProficiency in budgeting and financial analysisKnowledge of regulatory compliance and internal controlsExperience with transaction processing and account reconciliationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldProfessional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plusExperience in the property development industry is an advantage
