Senior Accountant

You’ll play a key role in managing day-to-day accounting operations and take full ownership of accounting and tax matters for BrainRocket Poland, while collaborating closely with our international offices. If you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment — this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all accounting operations and ensure compliance with Polish accounting standards and tax legislation.Prepare and submit VAT, CIT, and other statutory tax declarations.Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.Coordinate with internal departments, as well as our finance teams in Cyprus and Malta.Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information.Support external audits and liaise with tax authorities when needed.RequirementsProven experience as an accountant in Poland.Strong knowledge of Polish tax and VAT regulations.Ability to work independently and take full ownership of accounting and tax functions.Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple offices and teams.Very good command of English (written and spoken).Previous experience in a Big 4 firm will be considered an advantage.3+ years of experience in accounting within a fast-paced international environment.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to build and lead accounting processes in a growing international office.A dynamic, multicultural environment with talented professionals from around the world.Career growth opportunities within a fast-scaling tech company.
