Our solutions support clients worldwide, and we operate in a dynamic, multi-entity environment.We are expanding our Finance team and hiring two Senior Accountants, each with a distinct focus area. Both roles play a critical part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and a smooth month-end close process.One position focuses on Accounts Payable and General Ledger, driving vendor accounting, journal entries, and balance sheet integrity. The other focuses on Accounts Receivable and Revenue, leading invoicing, collections, and revenue-related reporting in close coordination with Sales.In both roles, you will take full ownership of your area, work cross-functionally, and ensure transactions are processed accurately and on time. We are looking for professionals who combine strong technical accounting knowledge with a proactive mindset and a high level of accountability.Role 1: Senior Accountant – Accounts Payable & General LedgerThis role focuses on vendor accounting, journal entries, and core month-end close activities.Key Responsibilities• Review, verify, and book vendor invoices and credit notes.• Process employee reimbursements and manage payment runs.• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.• Prepare and post journal entries (accruals, prepayments, provisions, reclasses).• Maintain general ledger accuracy and proper expense coding.• Perform intercompany postings and reconciliations.• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations (AP, accruals, prepaids, advances).• Support audits and maintain proper documentation.• Assist with VAT/GST filings where applicable.What you bring• 5–7 years of experience in AP and GL.• Strong month-end close experience. • NetSuite experience is mandatory.• Advanced Excel skills.• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven.––––––––––––––––––– Role 2: Senior Accountant – Accounts Receivable & RevenueThis role focuses on invoicing, billing, collections, and revenue-related month-end activities in close coordination with Sales.Key Responsibilities• Create and manage opportunities in Salesforce.• Validate sales contracts and booking details before invoicing.• Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.• Monitor AR aging and follow up on overdue accounts.• Apply customer payments and reconcile the AR ledger.• Resolve billing disputes with Sales and customers.• Prepare revenue-related journal entries.• Reconcile AR and deferred revenue accounts.• Support revenue recognition schedules and monthly reporting.What you bring• 5–7 years of experience in AR and billing.• Strong understanding of invoicing and revenue processes. • NetSuite experience is mandatory.• Salesforce experience is required.• Strong communication and follow-up skills.Both Roles Require• Experience working in a multi-entity environment.• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently.• Comfort working in a fast-paced remote setup.What we offerCFARER provides a work environment driven by strong leadership, professional growth, and a healthy work-life balance.
