Company OverviewOur client is a Chinese manufacturer in the automotive‐parts space (industrial supplies and parts) with a focus on exhaust systems, intake/exhaust parts, valve mechanisms, fuel-cell/battery related components, energy saving and emission reduction functions.ResponsibilitiesBe responsible for the financial management of overseas subsidiaries, ensuring their standardized operation, which not only meets local management requirements but also complies with the control requirements of the company's headquarters.Develop and optimize various financial management, accounting systems and financial work processes based on the actual situation of overseas subsidiaries, and implement them.Organize the annual audit, annual budget and final accounts, and the annual financial report for the board of directors of overseas subsidiaries as required by the company's headquarters.Organize the daily accounting of overseas subsidiaries, and prepare and submit monthly financial statements that meet the consolidation requirements of the company's headquarters as required.Coordinate and handle the relationship with banks, organize the preparation and standardized implementation of the capital budget of overseas subsidiaries to ensure the safety of the company's funds.According to the tax policies of the countries where overseas subsidiaries are located, carry out various tax planning and management to reduce tax risks.Organize the timely feedback of risk warning information on the operation and finance of overseas subsidiaries to the company's headquarters.Other tasks assigned by the company.QualificationsBachelor's degree or above, major in finance, economics or related fields.
